General Terms and Conditions

1 Software Licenses
Terms are proved by the license provider.

1.1 Conditions
All offered prices do not include VAT, terms of payment are 10 days net. Time for delivery is 14 days on receipt of order in written form.

2 Trainings

2.1 Registration
Registration fo a training will be performed by a registration form and refer to the complete training duration.

2.2 Confirmation of registration
By confirmation of FlowCAD registration is binding.

2.3 Deadline
Deadline is10 days before training start. Registrations will be considered in the order of their arrival.

2.4 Revocation because of too few participants
4 persons is the minimum of attendance. FlowCAD reserves its right to cancel a training at the latest 7 days bevor beginning, due of too few participants or other circumstances wich make a realization unreasonable. In that case declared participants will be proposed an alternative appointment. Claims of compensation of any kind are impossible.

2.5 Financial terms
Costs of booked trainings will be charged and get due to payment within 10 days.

2.6 Rescission before the beginning of a training
Financial follow-up in case of cancellation of registration are:
No costs until 14 days before start of the training.
10% administration charge will be invoiced 13 - 8 days before beginning of a training.
If cancellation is 7 days before the beginning or less, total customer cost will be charged.
In case of absence there won't be any price reduction and the whole amount will be charged.
However there is the possibility in the last two cases to catch up the training on another appointment (to realize within 6 months).

2.7 Insurance
It is participiants responsability for taking out of an accident insurance or liability insurance.

2.8 Training documents
Training documents are handed over to the attendees in english if nothing else is mentioned.

3 Data conversion
Data conversion will be effected corresponding to a seperate agreement.

3.1 Delivery time
Declared delivery time will not include necessary time for approval of sup-steps by the customer.

3.2 Approval of converted data
After the customer received converted data FlowCAD expect a feedback within 10 days. Will there be no reponse within this time data got accepted.
